Min Ting Liu
BioOrganic Chemist
Short Bio: Min Ting Liu is a Brooklynite who traveled to City College of NY to earn a B.S. in Chemistry, and then stayed on for a Chemistry Ph.D. in the Ryan lab. Min Ting is primarily a synthetic organic chemist working on Flavor & Fragrance projects to understand the mammalian olfactory receptors, but as an experimentalist, she is not limited to organic synthesis. Min Ting has also worked in our lab’s RNA Processing research and more recently gained neuroscience skills in fluorescence microscopy/calcium imaging experiments of live neurons. Min Ting’s undergraduate Math minor degree continues to benefit the entire lab as we define the statistical limits of our experimental data. Min Ting is an all-around excellent life science researcher. Below you will find her publications and some works in progress.
